Order was lost in USPS, AMPEX stated it was a 4 to 6 week investigation before they could refund or reship my order. after 5 week and no resolution had to put claim in with my financial institution, received snide email from AMPEX.
this after 6 weeks of waiting. Dear XXXXX, This email is to inform you that because you opened a XXXXX dispute instead of going through our claims process, we will no longer be able to proceed with filing a claim with our insurer as you have decided to let PayPal ultimately determine the resolution of this case.
