This is the third time we have ordered silver or gold from Apmex and it is the first time we have had this problem, but it is kind of a big problem. The order was for 2 gold bars and when the package arrived only one of the bars was included.

In my mind there is absolutely no excuse for this since, all packages are weighed before shipping and this package would have been clearly underweight.

When I informed the Apmex Customer Service about it, they said that they would check the video and if the video showed that the package did not contain the number of items ordered, they would ship the item. They said it would take several days to check the video, which means that we have to wait

They did something similar to me. I ordered a 1 troy ounce gold bar and they gave me a 5 gram gold bar.

I called to fix the problem but they said there is no proof so I am at a lost. It is pure theft.
